- How is Summaries billed inside Practice?
- Unlimited matters per seat, fair-use capped at 25 active matters per attorney per month before we'll call you to talk about Firm. We've never had to.
- Do you train models on our matters?
- No. Records, drafts, and citations stay in your tenant. The default drafting model is tuned on synthetic and licensed data only.
- What's the minimum contract?
- Solo and Practice are month-to-month, cancel any time. Firm is annual.
- Can we keep our existing case-management software?
- Yes. Oathdesk speaks Filevine, Litify, and CSV. Most firms run us alongside for a quarter before consolidating.
- Where is matter data stored?
- AWS us-east-1 by default; us-west-2 on request for Firm tier. Originals live in your S3 prefix, encrypted with a per-tenant key.
